Through a four-sided fish-scale full-welding process, an integrated structure is created. With full-process monitoring by professional quality inspection, no incomplete welding or black welding issues are ensured. A single truss can bear a maximum load of 1000kg, and it can still stably support heavy equipment such as lighting and audio systems even with a span of 20 meters.
Craftsmanship excellence runs through the entire production process: After precision cutting by CNC machines, the profiles are processed using professional positioning platform molds, ensuring a hole position accuracy error of ≤0.5mm. Equipped with a dual connection method of screws and bolts, it enables an efficient experience of "setting up 100㎡ by 2 people in 40 minutes without professional tools". The surface undergoes double treatment of polishing and chemical cleaning, and can be customized with multi-color spraying such as black, red, and green, which combines corrosion resistance, durability, and visual aesthetics. Its service life exceeds 10 years in outdoor environments.
Covering a full range from 200×200mm small display trusses to 600×760mm large performance trusses, it includes diverse shapes such as straight trusses, round trusses, and arc trusses, suitable for multi-scenario needs including concerts, wedding ceremonies, auto show exhibitions, and studio construction. Each set of products is accompanied by a general installation drawing, maintenance manual, and wearing parts.
